At A.Kjærbede, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear. If your sunglasses aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective packaging and ensure all tags are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
